What decides the price of a bus hire

Four things: the size of the bus, the distance, the number of days and the season. A 19-seat minibus for a day trip from Zagreb to Plitvice is a different job from a 50-seat coach for a week in Dalmatia. Fuel and tolls scale with kilometres; the driver's hours and the EU rest rules decide whether one driver is enough.

Season matters less for buses than for cars, but May–June and September are busy with school trips and conferences, so booking 3–4 weeks ahead secures the vehicle you want at the standard rate.

Typical bookings and how we price them

School trips and excursions: one day, one bus, departure in the morning and return in the evening, priced at the daily rate. Company events and conferences: airport pickups for groups, shuttles between hotel and venue, priced per transfer or per day. Weddings: hourly or half-day shuttle for guests, priced for the hours booked. Tours: 3–10 days with one coach and driver, priced per day plus the driver's hotel.

What is included in every bus hire

A professional driver with the required licences and tachograph, fuel, motorway tolls, vehicle insurance and passenger insurance, air conditioning, Wi-Fi on most vehicles and a luggage compartment sized for the group. An invoice with VAT is issued for companies, schools and agencies.
