Package terms
Short and clear, so both sides know what is included.
- Every ride starts or ends at an address in the City of Zagreb.
- Intercity rides apply to the cities in Zone 1 and Zone 2. In packages, Zone 2 is a same-day return trip, with the driver waiting up to 4 h. One-way rides to Zone 2 and rides to other cities are charged at list prices.
- A sedan takes up to 3 passengers and 3 suitcases. For more passengers we drive a van, and you pay the price difference.
- At the airport, 45 min of waiting after landing is included; after that, €10 for every 15 min or part thereof.
- Chauffeur 20: 400 km per month included, then €0.40 per km. Parking in public car parks is included.
- Team building and events: 400 km per day included, then €0.60 per km for a van and €0.90 per km for a minibus. Every hour beyond 10 h is charged at list prices.
- Book rides at least 12 h in advance for the airport and 24 h in advance for intercity rides. Shorter notice is accepted subject to availability.
- Cancelling less than 12 h (airport) or 24 h (intercity) before departure counts as a used ride.
- Up to 3 unused airport transfers roll over to the next month and are valid until the end of that month. Other rides and hours do not roll over.
- You can sign up for 1 month or 12 months. With a 12-month contract, the monthly price is 5% lower. Company Plus is a 12-month contract. If a 12-month contract ends early, the difference to the 1-month price is payable for the months already used.
- Packages are paid monthly in advance.
- If the price of diesel rises by more than 10%, package prices are adjusted from the following month.
- Code RADNICKA10 gives 10% off one single ride at list price, up to €50, once per company. Not valid for packages.

Yes. Choose the Custom package and tell us which rides, routes and vehicles you need. We send a quote within 24 hours.
Which cities do the intercity rides in the packages cover?
Zone 1: Ljubljana, Rijeka and Graz, one-way rides. Zone 2: Vienna, Budapest, Belgrade, Split and Rovinj, as a same-day return trip with the driver waiting up to 4 h. Other cities are not part of the packages; we send a separate quote for them.
How long is the contract?
You can take a package for just one month. With a 12-month contract, the monthly price is 5% lower. Company Plus is a 12-month contract because it includes two team-building events a year, so the discount is already included.
What is included in the price?
A professional driver, fuel, tolls and vignettes. With a driver by the hour, parking in public car parks is also included.
Who can use the rides in the package?
All employees and guests of your company can use the rides. Bookings go through one point of contact.
How do I get 10% off my first ride?
The discount is for new business clients, for one single ride at list price, up to €50. Enter the code RADNICKA10 in the form or mention it when booking. The code is not valid for packages.
